PDF Files

If you are designing / supplying your own artwork for an order, please download the relevant template below. If you have any queries about the template or artwork, please get in touch.

If you are creating your own Artwork for Folders, you may either download the template and create your layout as shown on the template OR you may create simple spreads on an A4 page. Please save as a press-ready pdf with fonts and pictures embedded.

At least 3mm Bleed must be added with all supplied Artwork. Bleed, to explain is where an area of printed matter such as an image, a printed background or sometimes text goes right up to and over the edge of the sheet, you must (as a designer) allow 3mm or more of extra ‘Bleed’ so that you don’t get a white edge on the card or paper.

Please keep all vital information 10mm inside a page (on text panels or in images) or in the case of Business Cards5mm from each edge of the card.

Special offers of free Artwork and Layouts:

Sometimes we offer free Artwork for Folders. This means that we will create an effective layout from your supplied graphics. This usually means a supplied logo, up to four pictures and a title and simple text with contact details. And we will make up to three proof changes (a printed posted proof and two further amended layouts via emailed pdf proof for these changes). Complex montaging and creative spreads can also be produced by us but these services will carry an extra charge.

Print Proofs and PDF changes:

Every product or service is different and it follows that each print project varies too. The way that most proposals take shape is that we receive your artwork, we set-up and produce a printed proof which then gets posted to you and minor amendments are confirmed by signed off emailed pdfs. Production then begins. When the printed matter is designed by us (if you instruct us to create the layout and supply the components thereof) it follows that we would usually email a pdf of the first version for feedback, and we then post a printed proof for sign off. You may make up to two amendments this way prior to sign off and print.
